HR Software Consultant – German Speaker

For our client, a German industrial group with international operations and a manufacturing site near Ploiești, we are looking for an Inhouse Consultant – Global HR Software to join the global HR team.

This role supports the international rollout and daily use of the group's HR software platform across several countries. The position works closely with the central HR team in Germany and collaborates with HR colleagues from multiple international locations.

The role sits at the intersection of HR operations, systems, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

→Support the international rollout and ongoing use of the company's HR software platform
→Work closely with the central HR team in Germany and HR teams across different countries
→Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues on system usage and best practices
→Deliver short online trainings and create simple user guidelines
→Monitor data quality and support consistent use of the HR system
→Contribute to small projects related to HR process digitalization and optimization

Profile

→Experience in HR, Payroll, HR Operations, or a related administrative or systems-oriented role
→Exposure to HR systems or ERP platforms (such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
→Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams
→German language skills required (at least B2)
→Good command of English
→Interest in HR systems, digital processes, and international collaboration
→Previous experience with HR system implementation or HRIS administration is considered a plus, but not mandatory
