Our client is a prestigious dental clinic in Bucharest, with over 25 years of experience on the market, specialising in dental prosthetics and implantology. We are looking for an autonomous person with initiative, who can turn the existing budget and resources into a coherent and efficient marketing system.

Responsibilities

→Creating promotional offers for new patients, in line with the premium positioning
→Developing loyalty and referral mechanisms from existing patients
→Generating qualified leads with external agencies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
→Optimising campaigns and reallocating budget based on performance
→Writing Google Ads with a focus on conversion
→Close collaboration with the clinic’s GM on the marketing plan

Candidate profile

→2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in agencies or services
→Solid knowledge of the marketing funnel and lead conversion
→Campaign analysis and optimisation skills
→Proactive attitude, autonomy, results orientation
