  • →Develop financial controls and standardized reporting procedures as the platform expands.
Budgeting & business planning
  • →Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, including cash flow planning and financial performance analysis.
  • →Monitor results against budgets, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • →Support the CEO with financial modelling, investment analysis, and CAPEX planning for business expansion.
Business integration & financing
  • →Support the financial integration of acquired businesses and standardize processes across multiple entities.
  • →Contribute to the financial planning and setup of new healthcare facilities.
  • →Manage banking relationships, monitor financing covenants, and coordinate related reporting requirements.
  • →Prepare financial information and performance updates for the CEO, shareholders, and financing partners.
Candidate profile
  • →Solid experience in financial controlling, financial management, or FP&A.
  • →Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
  • →Experience coordinating financial processes and working with internal or external accounting teams.
  • →Ability to build processes independently and operate in a growing, evolving business.
  • →Strong analytical, financial modelling, and advanced Excel skills.
  • →Commercial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • →Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have
  • →Experience in private equity-backed businesses, multi-entity groups, or rapidly expanding organizations.
  • →Exposure to M&A integration, corporate financing, or banking covenant reporting.
  • →Background in healthcare or other multi-site service businesses.
What we offer
  • →An opportunity to join a private equity-backed healthcare platform at an early stage of development.
  • →Significant autonomy and direct collaboration with the CEO and investors.
  • →Active involvement in acquisitions, business integration, and expansion projects.
  • →Long-term career development potential, including progression towards a CFO role.
  • →Competitive fixed compensation, additional benefits, and an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).
