Full-time | Glina • On-site | 7,500 – 9,000 RON net

We are recruiting for a Romanian construction company that is going through a phase of development and structuring of its internal operations.

For this stage we are looking for a Warehouse Manager for the Glina location, who will coordinate the warehouse activity and the flow of materials, tools and equipment needed for the active sites.

The role suits an organised person with experience in warehousing, logistics or construction materials, who understands the operational rhythm of a construction business and can keep control over inbound, outbound, stock and deliveries to sites.

Responsibilities

→Coordinating the daily activity of the Glina warehouse
→Organising the storage space and ensuring an efficient flow of materials, tools and equipment
→Tracking stock and maintaining a clear record of available materials
→Coordinating inbound and outbound movements in the warehouse
→Preparing and delivering materials to sites, according to the execution stages
→Collaborating with Project Managers, site managers, the procurement team and the transport team
→Coordinating storekeepers, drivers and logistics staff
→Participating in periodic and annual inventories
→Using the internal management system and taking part in the ERP implementation process
→Tracking losses, damage or stock discrepancies
→Complying with internal rules of order, safety and security in the warehouse

Candidate profile

→Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, transport or stock management
→Experience in a construction company or construction-materials distribution is an important advantage
→Experience coordinating an operational team
→Good knowledge of stock management, inventories and logistics flows
→Experience with ERP or WMS systems, or other management applications, is an advantage
→Good organisation, prioritisation and communication skills
→Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment
→Availability to work at the Glina location
