Production Engineer / Production Manager
Food production
We are recruiting a Production Manager for an important company in the food industry, with a consolidated market position and active partnerships with international brands. The role is dedicated to the production line for sauces (mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise) — a strategic position with direct responsibility for line performance and compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- →Coordinating the daily activity on the sauce production line
- →Monitoring process parameters and optimising the technological flow
- →Collaborating with the Quality, Maintenance and Technical departments
- →Participating in continuous improvement projects (LEAN, Kaizen)
- →Training and supervising operators
- →Reporting performance indicators to management
Candidate profile
- →Higher education in a technical field: Food Engineering or similar
- →Minimum 5–8 years of experience in food production
- →Knowledge of mixing, pasteurisation, filling and packaging processes
- →Knowledge of quality and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, IFS, BRC)
- →Good English
