Retail Operations Coordinator

A Romanian company in specialised retail, with national presence through a network of physical agencies and a growing e-commerce component. The role directly coordinates 5 regional administrative managers and offers direct exposure to running a national network, autonomy in organising activities and operational responsibility across several regions.

• →Coordinating the activity of regional managers and aligning the way of working across the network
• →Ensuring agencies are supplied with the necessary materials
• →Planning and monitoring administrative and operational activities
• →Implementing and standardising procedures and workflows
• →Managing the vehicle fleet (technical inspections, insurance, monitoring, maintenance)
• →Monitoring administrative costs and identifying optimisation opportunities

• →Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations / administrative / retail roles
• →Experience coordinating teams or activities at network level
• →Very good organisation and prioritisation skills
• →Availability for national travel
